Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa yoga is trendy among most studious and gyms. The word “Vinyasa” means linking your breath with the movement of Yoga. This practice comes from sensual movements, pleasant music, and practiced in a dark room.
Ashtanga Yoga: Ashtanga means “eight limbs” that consist of a series of certain poses in Yoga. Very similar to Vinyasa, it synchronizes breathing with movements as you move thru the set of posture. Usually performed with any music, and sometimes with silent instructions from the yoga instructor.
